My unique training – both in financial matters and as a divorce mediator – has given me both the technical understanding of the mediation process and an in-depth understanding of a client’s needs. This combination of skills has helped me develop a complete mediation process that enables you and your spouse to obtain a divorce at an affordable price.
I use various principals and functions in order to focus on empowering the couple to reach the Mediated Marital Settlement Agreement that addresses the Parenting Plan if there are children, the distribution of property (assets and debt), child support and alimony (if applicable). These agreements become the blueprints for the future. I can also help prepare the forms necessary for an uncontested divorce.
Clients have expressed time after time that the mediation process has been vastly more preferable to them than a litigated divorce.They are pleased that they have been able to get divorced amicably and that they have saved thousands of dollar by not going through a litigated divorce. Importantly to clients who have children, they are most pleased that their children have not become entangled in the litigation of divorce.
